I had the immense pleasure of joining Make Up Forever at their Go Neon event, celebrating the popularity neon makeup this season. I’ve been a fan of the brand for while now, so it was great to be a part of this.
It was like being in a beauty candy store looking at all of the electrifying colors on display. I’m a big fan of bright colors, so I was drooling for sure.
Aaaaaah. The oranges! Orange is killing me in every way this season. I can’t. I just can’t. Drool.
The event was set in an ultra cool neon sign shop which served as the backdrop for this showcase of brightly pigmented beauties. Dany Sanz, Make Up For Ever founder, was in the house before I arrived. Sadface.
Makeup artists were also in the house applying neon makeup enhancements to an eager crowd.
Even better than just being there, we went home with some neon goodies from the line.

The orange #40 Rouge Artist intense is decieving at first, but as you can see above, it works nicely on darker skin. If you haven’t already, you have to get to your nearest MAKE UP FOR EVER boutique or Sephora store. I can’t wait to play with these and I may even do a look with some!
